Javier carrillo: head coach

Carrillo joins Storm FC as the Head Coach after previously serving in the position at youth clubs West Pines United FC and Boca USSDA. Carrillo guided and developed more than 100 players during his coaching career and as a scout at the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and the Super Y Regional Series. Along with his work in West Pines United FC, Carrillo currently holds a USSF B License and a Masters Professional in Football by Universidad Catolica in Spain. Carrillo played for FAU from 2005 to 2009. He helped the team earn four postseason berths and in the process he was the team’s top scorer in the 2005 season. Carrillo also helped FAU win its only NCAA Conference Championship in 2007.

Lalo Liza: Assistant Coach

Liza joins Storm FC as Assistant Coach after previously serving in the position at youth club West Pines United FC. Liza currently holds a USSF B License. Liza played professionally for the Atlanta Silverbacks of the North American Soccer League (NASL). Liza is from Lima, Peru. He attended Georgia State University where he was a key player.

Alberto Oliveira: Assistant Coach

Oliveira joins Storm FC as Assistant Coach after previously serving in the position in Brazil at Sao Paulo Futbol Club. He served as Head Coach of the Under 20 team at Corinthians. Oliveira currently holds a CBF B License. Oliveira played professionally for the Cosenza (Italy), Portuguesa (Brazil), Apolo (Greece), ADP Parana (Brazi) and Uberlandia Futebol Club (Brazil).

Luis Santos Zanelli: Assistant Coach

Luis Santos-Zanelli joins Storm FC as an Assistant Coach after previously serving a position at Youth Club Kendall Soccer Coalition (USSDA). Coach Santos has developed, and guided several players achieve Professional soccer status, National team Calls, and/or complete College Education. Coach Santos experienced include also coaching at College, High School, Highest youth club level, and participate in several MLS youth camps. Coach Santos holds a USSF “B” License, and a Bachelor in Business Administration, and Sport Management by FGCU.

Giuseppe Weller: Goalkeeper Coach

Giuseppe was born in Vicenza, Italy, where he resided until he was fourteen years of age. A former “Ballboy” for Lanerossi, Vicenza, home team soccer greats of Paolo Rossi and Roberto Baggio he learned to play the game of Calcio (soccer) with A.C. Fiamma (Federazione Italiana Gioco Calcio), now known as Union San Bortolo Fiamma. From 1981 to 1982,  played at A.C. Fiamma with the Intermediate Team, and then joined the Advanced Team from 1982 to 1983 where he played goalkeeper. During his time with the Advanced Team, he was recruited and signed at the age fourteen by A.C. Cesena. He is now the Head GoalKeeper Coach for the Plantation Futbol Club, in Plantation, and Saint Thomas University (NAIA) in Miami Gardens, Florida. He is currently under the coaching and internship of the MLS Goalkeeper Coach Youseff Dahha. Giuseppe holds the US Soccer/FIFA Goalkeeper and C License, and the NSCAA Advanced Goalkeeper Diploma. Giuseppe also is a goalkeeper coach with US Soccer under Coach Tricia Taliaferro.
